These terms cover your use of brevx.in. Client engagements are governed by the separate written agreement signed for that project, which takes precedence over anything on this page.

Using this website

You may read, print and share the content here for your own business purposes. You may not copy the site or substantial parts of it for republication, scrape it at scale, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that breaks Indian law.

What the content is, and is not

Everything on this site is general information about what we build. It is not technical, financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not a commitment that a particular result will be achieved in your business. Timelines, capabilities and prices described here are indicative. Anything binding will appear in a written proposal or agreement signed by both parties.

Pricing

Figures shown on the pricing page are indicative starting points for scoping conversations. They are not quotations and are not offers capable of acceptance. Final pricing is confirmed in writing after the audit, and taxes are additional where applicable.

Enquiries and the free audit

Submitting a form creates no obligation on either side. The automation audit is provided free of charge and without warranty. The written output is yours to use as you see fit, including with another vendor.

Intellectual property

The BREvx name, the lion mark, the BREvx wordmark, the tagline “The future is clear”, and the text, layout and graphics on this site belong to BREvx Consultancy LLP. Product and company names mentioned on this site — Tally, Zoho, Busy, SAP, WhatsApp and others — belong to their respective owners and are named only to describe what we connect to. No endorsement or partnership is implied unless stated.

Work delivered under a signed engagement is owned as set out in that agreement. Our normal position is that custom applications, configurations and integrations built for you belong to you on full payment, while our general methods, tools and reusable components remain ours.

Where we link to another website we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices.

Availability

We try to keep this site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and we may change or remove content without notice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BREvx Consultancy LLP is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this website.
