This policy explains what personal information BREvx Consultancy LLP collects through brevx.in, why we collect it and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

What we collect

• Information you send us. Name, phone number, email address, company name, industry, team size, the systems you run and whatever you write in the message field when you submit a form, email us or message us on WhatsApp.
• Basic technical information. Your browser type, device type, approximate location from your IP address and the pages you visited, collected in server logs and, where enabled, in website analytics.
• Client project data. During an engagement we may process data from your business systems. That is governed by the agreement and any NDA signed for that project, not by this policy.

Why we collect it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange the automation audit
• To prepare a proposal and, if you proceed, to deliver the work
• To keep records required for accounting, tax and statutory compliance
• To understand which pages are useful and fix what is not

We do not send marketing emails to people who have not asked for them, and we do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.

Cookies and analytics

The site itself does not require cookies to function. Where analytics is enabled, it sets cookies or similar identifiers to count visits and understand which pages are read. You can block or delete these in your browser settings without affecting how the site works.

Who else sees your information

Only service providers we need in order to operate: website hosting, email, and where relevant a form or CRM provider. They process the information on our instructions and for no other purpose. We disclose information to anyone else only where the law requires it.

Where information is stored

Some of our providers store data on servers outside India. Where that happens we use providers that apply recognised security standards and contractual protections for transferred data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Client records are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for the period required by Indian tax and company law.

How we protect it

Access is limited to the people who need it, systems are protected by authentication and encrypted connections, and client project access is scoped to the specific systems and records the work requires. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not collect more than we need, which is the most effective protection available.

Children

This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting existing clients will also be communicated directly.
