What automation costs, and what it saves
We scope and price after the audit, because a quotation agent for a fabrication unit and one for a coaching institute are not the same job. What follows is the shape of the commercials, so you know roughly where you stand before the first call.

Figures are indicative starting points for scoping conversations, not quotations. Final pricing depends on how many systems need connecting, how clean the data is and how much of the process is genuinely rule-based. GST is charged extra where applicable.
How we price
Three components, and we tell you which of them applies before any work starts.
Build
A one-time fee for designing, building, testing and deploying the automation. Quoted as a fixed amount against a written scope, not by the hour.
Run
A monthly fee covering hosting, monitoring, support, small changes and keeping the agents accurate as your business shifts.
Typically ₹8,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on the number of live processes.
Third-party costs
AI model usage, WhatsApp Business API conversation charges and any software licences. These are billed at cost and are usually a small share of the total.

Questions about cost
Why is there no fixed price list?
Because the same feature costs very different amounts depending on what it has to connect to. Quoting a flat number before seeing your systems would mean either overcharging you or padding the scope later. We would rather spend an hour looking first.
Is the automation audit really free?
Yes. It takes about an hour, you get the written output regardless of whether you proceed, and there is no obligation. We do it because it is also how we work out whether we can actually help you.
Can we pay in stages?
Yes. Build fees are normally split across milestones tied to working output, not calendar dates. You see something running before the later instalments fall due.
What happens if we want to stop?
The monthly run fee can be stopped with notice. What has been built stays with you, along with documentation and access. We do not hold systems hostage.
What does the AI itself cost to run?
Model usage is charged at cost and is usually modest — often a few thousand rupees a month for typical SME volumes. WhatsApp conversation charges are set by Meta and billed through at cost.
How quickly does it pay for itself?
That depends on what the process costs you today. In the audit we put a rough number on the hours currently spent, so the payback calculation uses your figures rather than ours.
