We build the systems, not the slide deck
BREvx Consultancy LLP is an AI and automation firm based in Mumbai, working with Indian SMEs and manufacturers. We are not a research lab and we are not a reseller. We build working systems inside businesses that already have a way of doing things.
Why we started
Indian SMEs adopted software years ago. Most run accounting, many run a CRM, nearly all run WhatsApp. What they did not get was the layer between those systems — so the work of moving information from one to another landed on people.
That work is enormous and almost invisible. Reading an enquiry and typing it into a CRM. Checking a rate sheet and formatting a quotation. Answering the same delivery question for the ninth time today. Building a report from four exports. None of it appears on an org chart, and all of it costs money.
AI changed what is possible here, but the useful version is unglamorous. It is not a chatbot on a website. It is a system that reads what arrived, does the routine part, and puts the decision in front of the person who should make it.
The name
BREvx stands for Business Re-Engineering and Value Acceleration. The rupee symbol sits inside the mark because the point of the work is commercial, not technical. The tagline — the future is clear — is about visibility. Most owners we meet cannot see their own business without asking three people first.

One process first
We go live in a single workflow, prove it, then expand. A first project that touches five departments is a first project that fails slowly.
Humans keep the decisions
Automation handles the routine. Anything commercial, legal or unusual goes to a person. That is a design principle, not a limitation.
Connect, don't replace
Your team knows Tally. They know WhatsApp. Asking them to learn a new interface is a cost, so we avoid it wherever we can.
You own what we build
Code, configuration and documentation are handed over. Our retention should come from being useful, not from holding the keys.
An honest no
If the volumes do not justify the spend, we say so and tell you what would need to change. We would rather lose a project than sell one that will not pay back.
